★ For lectures hosted by the teachers of the Department, it is recommended to seek endorsement or signature from the hosting teachers right after the event for the activity participation record.
★ Attending lectures on students’ own classes or designated lectures as part of their curriculum does not count towards their participation record, as students are obligated to attend their regular classes.
